44, YR61RRZ has been doing carters duties for some time when in London red with its dual doors and haven't seen it in recent days which probably explains its at Hants & Dorset trim having its centre doors removed and been painted into the immediate Ipswich Buses livery.
Now 500, the bio-gas demonstrator is been examined for six weeks since the beginning of the June period (nearly to the end) and has been doing the number 5 route. As its bio-gas, it means releasing 90% less emissions then a normal diesel bus, like the Mercedes-Benz Citaro's for instance and is a very competitive bus indeed. Registration of the bus is: DD16GAS.
Moving onto Eastern Counties section and it apprises that 69422 and 69425 haven't been spotted for some time but I managed to capture an image of 69425 have one of its panels' removed, why, I am not 100% certain.
6th July saw 69425 return into service with a microscopic repaint on the panels and mainly doing its normal duties like any other bus would do.
Also noticed on 6th July, IB 46 came into service doing route fifteen between Tower Ramparts and Thorington Park, this is the latest one to enter service and solitarily 44 and 47 to arrive at Ipswich Buses.
500, DD16GAS noticed 4th July coming out of service. |
